Humphrey is a very large old bear, dating from c. late 1930s. He's probably American, and unusually has cotton plush fur. His glass eyes and felt paw pads are replacements.

Humphrey is fully jointed and is wood wool stuffed. His ears are the slotted in type and even have a little wood wool in them.

He has a protruding snout and measures around 28 inches tall. Regretfully we can only post Humphrey within the UK owing to his size and weight.

This is a nice example of an Irish Tara Toys bear with the very recognisable nose stitching. She dates from the late 1950s to 1960s and has two replacement upper paw pads, the rexine footpads have surface wear, and are original. She's a nice colour, almost cinnamon, with slight fading to one arm. She has plastic eyes, at least one of which is a replacement. She has a good coverage of mohair with almost no loss and is quite heavy. She's fully jointed, and measures approximately 22 inches tall.

This is Herr Bear, a fully jointed teddy dating c. 1960s or possibly a little earlier. His fur is mohair, and he has felt paw pads, all intact. He's mainly kapok stuffed, with  wood wool in his rather pronounced muzzle. His eyes are plastic and may be replacements. One is slightly misshapen. There is some thinning of the mohair mainly to his tummy and one arm, but otherwise he has reasonable coverage. Herr Bear measures about 19 inches tall.

This is a more recent very sweet cuddly Steiff Petsy, EAN number 0235/28 which was made between 1984-1990. He's still in excellent condition, although his squeaker is a little temperamental you may get the odd peep out of it. He has his original Steiff button and ear label and measures 11 inches tall.

This is a lovely more recent Steiff Petsy (soft) bear which was manufactured c. 1990. He is in excellent condition and still retains his ear button, ear label, chest label, and foot label. He is fully jointed and measures about 13.5 inches. He also has a working squeaker.
